A few small things that make a big difference:
• Avoid eating within one hour before class.
• Wear comfortable, fitted clothes that move with you.
• Go barefoot for yoga – socks can make you slip.
• Avoid perfumes or heavy scents.
• If you need to leave early, quietly exit before Savasana (final rest).
Understanding yoga studio etiquette helps create a calm, respectful space for everyone.
